ABOUT SUZY
I’m Suzy Rhatigan, coordinator for Charis Bible College Raleigh/Durham. It’s such a privilege to be part of Charis. I am passionate about people knowing how much God loves them, and who they are in Christ. I’m also passionate about being a Nana to my four grandchildren. So, if I’m not teaching about God’s love, you will find me playing with my grands!
I love seeing people set free from the burdens of this world and the attacks of the enemy. What started my love of seeing people set free was being set free myself. I was set free from Lyme disease & asthma when I was first starting to listen to Andrew in 2011, and that sent my husband and I on a Charis journey! We ended up going to Charis for all three years and then interning in the Raleigh school in 2017. Since we had learned so much during our time in Charis, we wanted to share it with others. That’s how we ended up interning and then running the school in Raleigh.
We had never even been to Raleigh before, but when our daughter had our first grandson she moved here. Little did we know God’s plans!
Now both our children and all our grandchildren live in Raleigh, so we get the best of both worlds. We get to see them often and be part of their lives and we get to be part of our students’ lives as well. God is amazing!
It is such a joy for me to watch our students transform as they learn about grace and faith. We have seen lives change as people walk into the things God has for them. The Lord has been so good and what a privilege it is to serve in the school.
