Barry Bennett, a graduate of Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas, has been serving the Lord since 1972. He and his wife, Betty Kay, have served on the mission field in Mexico, in Guatemala, and in Chile, where they spent almost twelve years before returning to Texas in 2001. Barry then became the director and principal teacher at a Spanish language Bible institute for five years. Before their years in Latin America, Barry and Betty Kay ministered to Cambodian refugees in inner city Dallas for two and a half years. They have also ministered in home groups, churches, and on short-term mission teams. After coming to Andrew Wommack Ministries in 2007, Barry worked initially as a prayer minister and, later, answered scriptural and doctrinal questions that came through mail and email. Today, Barry serves as a Senior Instructor at Charis Bible College and hosts a Gospel Truth Network show called "Free Indeed." Barry is passionate about teaching the practical truths of God's Word.
